First We Learn
We start by understanding the full scope of your project with an on-site analysis — what needs to move, how it needs to get there, what your facility’s constraints are, and what active production looks like during the project. We also offer full-scale industrial relocation and plant expansion services.
Then, we put together preliminary budget numbers you can take to leadership.
If you already know what you’re looking for, we’re good with that, too. We’ll submit our proposal based on your project specifications. Regardless, our team will conduct a thorough site review before any rigging begins. We identify or confirm equipment conditions, access challenges, floor load considerations, and any other factors that could affect the job’s timeline, cost, and safety.

Before work begins, we hold a kickoff meeting to walk through the plan, review active production schedules, identify critical constraints, agree on safety protocols, and align on milestones and schedule.
We conduct thorough job safety analyses to identify potential dangers. All of our work is done in compliance with OSHA safety standards. If your plant-specific protocols exceed federal requirements, we’ll remain in compliance.
