We’ve run on-site auctions, coordinated equipment transfers to facilities across the country, and managed direct sales. We work with what you have. We can also coordinate on-site or online auction management and scrap and disposal of equipment at the end of its lifespan.
Our team can also help assess your property’s condition, prepare it for the market, sell, or connect you with the right resources for sale or lease. After the facility is clear, we can handle whatever you need to get it ready for whatever comes next. Depending on the plant’s condition and the intended use, we also offer general contracting services, including structural work, floor repairs, cleaning, or a full refurbishment.
